Prices
- €45 per night
- €300 for a 7-day stay
- €567 for a 2-week stay (14 days)
- For longer stays of 3 weeks or more, rates are negotiable.
- Prices include room service every 3 days.
Notes
- The reservation is only binding after a deposit of 50% of the booking price has been paid within 3 days of reservation.
- Free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival.
- Deposit is fully refunded during the free cancellation period.
- In case of cancellation one or two days before arrival or no-show, we will retain the deposit.
- No credit card required.
- While we do not provide a kitchen, you can prepare a simple breakfast in the apartment. Everything you need is at your disposal.
- A hearty breakfast can be enjoyed at a restaurant across the street, Pier88, just 10 meters away.
- If you have any special requests, please let us know; we will do everything we can to accommodate them.
- A penalty of €100 will be imposed for loss of keys, and any damage to property or belongings will result in a penalty based on the cost of repair or replacement.
